Subject to the terms and conditions set forth below, samples of the Cree’s new 50A silicon carbide (SiC) power die are available for purchase by qualified OEM customers and professional design engineers. After receiving your completed Sample Request Form, Cree will notify you by email, at the email address provided below, of the results of its qualification procedures and will send you the product specification datasheet(s) requested below if you are so qualified. Cree may add to and/or change its qualification criteria at its sole discretion at any time. Cree retains the right to terminate or modify this program at any time at its sole discretion. Upon qualification by Cree, Cree will forward your request for Samples to one of its authorized distributors for fulfillment. Completion of the request form does not constitute an offer by Cree to sell Samples to you or an agreement by you to buy Samples from Cree or its distributor. Any sale and purchase of the Samples will be governed by a separate contract of sale between you and the authorized distributor. Sales by a distributor are subject to the distributor’s additional qualification requirements, including but not limited to credit approval and export clearance, as applicable. By submitting the Sample Request Form to Cree, you consent to the release by Cree of the information included in the Sample Request Form to one or more of its authorized distributors.
