TEMPO provides measurements you can trust with calibrated state-of-the-art equipment at Cree Technology Centers worldwide. Cree Durham Technology Center (NVLAP lab code 500070-0) is accredited by The National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program (NVLAP) to satisfy the requirements of both ISO/IEC 17025:2005 and IES LM-79-08 standards.
