XLamp XR-C

Cree High-Power LEDs

The XLamp XR-C LED gives lighting designers the flexibility and performance to create the next generation of LED lighting products. XLamp XR-C LEDs feature electrically neutral thermal path, low thermal resistance and support for a wide range of drive currents.

  • Guaranteed minimum flux order codes up to 114 lm in white, 30.6 lm in blue and 67.2 lm in green at 350 mA
  • Available in white (2,600 K to 10,000 K CCT), blue, royal blue and green
  • Maximum drive current: up to 1000 mA
  • Industry’s lowest thermal resistance: 8 °C/W
  • Max junction temperature: 150 °C
  • Industry-leading JEDEC standard pre-qualification testing
  • Reflow solderable – JEDEC J-STD-020C compatible
  • Electrically neutral thermal path
  • RoHS-compliant

Cree Product Characterization Tool (PCT)

For help identifying the best Cree Xlamp® LEDs for your lighting-system design

The Cree Product Characterization Tool (PCT) allows you to select from multiple lighting-system design parameters to compare up to three LED models simultaneously.

Try the Product Characterization Tool (PCT)

For all valid LED drive currents, the PCT quickly and easily does the following:

  • Shows all critical LED design parameters, such as luminous flux and efficacy, for selected LED models
  • Performs de-rating calculations based on junction temperature (Tj)
  • Calculates LED valuations, such as lumens per dollar (lm/$)
  • Estimates simple LED design parameters, such as the number of LEDs required and total power consumption

The PCT uses specifications and characteristics from LED data sheets to accurately compare LED parameters with changes in flux, price and junction temperature. The PCT can compare up to three LED models side-by-side to aid in making critical design choices.
